Your Personalised Plan For Optimal Health

We measure 58 key biomarkers, including testosterone, heart health, inflammation, and liver function — giving you a complete picture of your internal health.

We also assess your body composition, cardiovascular fitness, strength, and mobility — critical markers of energy levels, performance, and longevity.

Your report will reveal which health markers are in the optimal range and where actionable improvements can be made.

A GP, Nutritionist and Physiotherapist will analyse your results to craft a personalised health plan designed to optimise nutrition, exercise, strength, mobility, and lifestyle.

This plan helps you achieve measurable improvements and sustainable results.

    - Expert adjustments ensure continuous improvement — not just short-term fixes.

Achieve sustainable health, lasting strength, and real, proven results.

    How We Track Your Health

    Hormonal Balance

    What We Test:

    • Total & Free Testosterone (muscle mass, libido, energy)

    • SHBG (Sex Hormone-Binding Globulin) (testosterone bioavailability)

    • LH & FSH (testicular function & fertility)

    • DHEA-S (precursor hormone for testosterone & other androgens)

    • Prolactin (hormonal balance)

    • Cortisol (stress, recovery & inflammation)

    • Thyroid Panel: TSH, Free T3, Free T4 (metabolism, energy regulation)

    Why We Test It:

Hormonal imbalances can cause fatigue, muscle loss, poor recovery, mood swings, and low libido.

Optimising hormones supports strength, mental clarity, and long-term health.

    Strength & Mobility

    What We Test:

    • Strength-to-Bodyweight Ratio (compound movement assessments)

    • Grip Strength (longevity & functional health)

    • Functional Movement Screening (FMS) (joint stability & injury risk)

    • Hip & Shoulder Mobility Tests

    Why We Test It:

Higher strength and mobility reduce injury risk, prevent muscle loss, and improve long-term independence.

Studies show grip strength and muscle mass are directly linked to longevity.

    Cardiovascular Fitness

    What We Test:

    • hs-CRP (systemic inflammation & heart disease risk)

    • Lipoprotein (a) (genetic predisposition to heart disease)

    • VO₂ Max Assessment (cardiovascular efficiency & endurance)

    • Blood Pressure (hypertension risk)

    Why We Test It:

Cardiovascular fitness reduces heart disease risk, boosts brain function, and enhances endurance.

A high VO₂ max is linked to longevity and lower mortality risk.

    Metabolic Health

    What We Test:

    • Fasting Glucose & HbA1c (blood sugar control)

    • Insulin (metabolic function & diabetes risk)

    • Total Cholesterol, LDL, HDL, Triglycerides (lipid balance & heart health)

    • ApoB/ApoA Ratio (advanced cardiovascular risk)

    • Waist-to-Hip Ratio (visceral fat & metabolic health indicator)

    Why We Test It:

Poor metabolic health accelerates aging, increases disease risk, and lowers energy levels.

Optimising blood sugar, cholesterol, and fat distribution improves longevity, performance, and daily function.

    Inflammation

    What We Test:

    • hs-CRP (chronic inflammation & cardiovascular risk)

    • Homocysteine (vascular & cognitive health)

    • White Blood Cell Count (immune function)

    • Uric Acid (oxidative stress & inflammation marker)

    Why We Test It:

Chronic inflammation accelerates aging, increases disease risk, and slows recovery.

Measuring inflammatory markers helps prevent long-term damage and optimize recovery strategies.

    Nutritional Health

    What We Test:

    • Vitamin D (bone health, immune support, testosterone regulation)

    • Vitamin B12 & Folate (energy metabolism, brain health)

    • Ferritin & Iron (oxygen transport, endurance, recovery)

    • Omega-3 Index (inflammation control, cardiovascular health)

    • Total Protein & Albumin (nutrient absorption & muscle repair)

    Why We Test It:

Deficiencies in key nutrients affect energy, brain function, muscle recovery, and immune strength.

Correcting these optimises performance and long-term health.

How do I prepare for my blood test?
    • Arrange for your sample to be taken between 6am and 10am.
    • Take this test when any symptoms of short-term illness have settled.
    • Take this test two to five days after the start of your period, ideally on day three. It can be taken any time if you do not have periods.
    • Avoid heavy exercise for 48 hours beforehand.
    • Avoid fatty foods for eight hours before your test.
    • Fasting is not mandatory, but if your apolipoprotein results are raised, you may be advised to confirm this with a fasting sample.
    • If you are fasting for the test, do not eat or drink anything other than water for 12 hours beforehand and take any medication as you would normally.
    • Stay well hydrated before your test.
    • Take your sample at least 24 hours after any vitamin or mineral supplements.
    • Do not take biotin supplements for two days before this test, discuss this with your doctor if it is prescribed.
    • Do not take vitamin B12 for two weeks prior to this test. If your B12 is prescribed ask your doctor whether to stop.
    • Hormonal contraception can affect the results of this test. Taking a break from this and waiting for your periods to restart before your blood test will give more accurate results.
    • If you take thyroxine, you can take your medication as usual, either before or after your blood test. However, if you take desiccated thyroid extract (DTE) or liothyronine, it's best to take it after you've collected your sample.
    • Please let us know in your supporting information if you take amiodarone or lithium as these can affect your thyroid function results.
