The level of insight from Arlen Health goes well beyond a standard health check.

My results included markers like ApoB, HbA1c and testosterone explained in plain English and placed in context of what’s optimal, not just ‘normal’.

That clarity made it easy to see where I could make the biggest impact. The plan was built around the data and backed by practical nutrition, training and recovery strategies.

It’s a very evidence led process that gives you confidence you’re investing your effort in the right areas.

The testing is stringent and results clear with extremely practical advice from highly trained professionals.

From the moment that I contacted Arlen Health the process was smooth and proactive. The initial blood tests happened immediately, at my home, at a time of my convenience and everything else flowed very easily, and quickly, from there. The testing is stringent and results clear with extremely practical advice from highly trained professionals.

This isn’t the end of the process, the ongoing support is sensational and, again, proactive, which really promotes the positive changes set out in the plan.

What stood out was the VO2 Max and Strength testing,

The initial testing gave me insights I didn’t know I needed. It helped me understand what was really going on with my health and gave me a clear direction on what to improve. They take a genuinely data driven approach. The process was efficient from the start with my blood tests arranged at home and the results were presented clearly, with meaningful interpretation rather than just raw numbers.
