Executive Health & Performance Lab
Know Your Trajectory.
Change the Outcome.
Most health checks provide data. Few translate it into action.
We provide clarity on where your health stands and a strategy to improve it.
Begin With The Arlen Assessment
The diagnostic foundation of our work includes:

Advanced Bloodwork
50+ biomarkers analysed by aUKAS-accredited lab, covering cardiovascular, metabolic, hormonal, nutritional, organ & immune health.
Men's Health Screening
Includes a PSA Blood Test to assess prostate cancer risk.

VO₂ Max Testing
Understand your aerobic capacity, define appropriate training zones, and track meaningful improvements over time.
Strength & Mobility Testing
Real-world measures of strength and movement to identify imbalances, injury risk, and improve performance.

Private GP Consultation
To review your results and outline appropriate next steps, supported by a written clinical summary.
Sports Medicine Review
A 1:1 interpretation with our MSc in Sports Medicine to improve performance capacity and support long-term health.
The Arlen Assessment
"One of the biggest benefits was having a dedicated team of health professionals"
Progress to Strategic Implementation
Implement your strategy independently, or continue with The Arlen Method, our structured 150-day programme with dedicated support which includes:

1. Nutrition & Performance
Personalised nutrition and training built around your bloodwork and performance data. Our Nutritionist defines your caloric needs, protein targets, and micronutrient priorities, while our MSc Sports Medicine team creates your training programme to improve VO₂ max, address imbalances, and build strength. Both evolve continuously based on your response.

3. Implementation
You work directly with the Arlen team through weekly check-ins and structured feedback. Your personalised roadmap is delivered through the Arlen Health App, covering training, nutrition, and progress tracking. Concierge support gives you direct access to your team whenever adjustments are needed, while mid-programme VO₂ max and strength testing ensures your plan evolves based on measurable progress.

4. Results
Complete retesting of bloodwork, strength, and cardiovascular fitness at 150 days. Your baseline and final results are compared side-by-side within the Arlen Health Dashboard, with every improvement backed by science and linked to increased healthspan and reduced mortality risk.
