Biomarker Analysis
50+ biomarkers analysed by a UKAS-accredited lab, covering cardiovascular, metabolic, hormonal, nutritional, organ & immune health.

Performance Testing
VO₂ max, strength and mobility testing with our MSc Sports Medicine specialist to assess your aerobic capacity, muscle imbalances and injury risk.

Expert Consultations
1-2-1 consultations with our GP and MSc in Sports Medicine to review your results and outline appropriate next steps, supported by clinical reports.

Progress to Strategic Implementation
Implement your strategy independently, or continue with The Arlen Method, our structured 150-day programme with dedicated support which includes:

1. Nutrition & Performance
Personalised nutrition and training built directly from your clinical and performance data.
Our Nutritionist defines caloric requirements, protein targets and micronutrient priorities based on your biomarkers and body composition.
Our MSc Sports Medicine specialist designs your training programme to improve VO₂ max, address musculoskeletal imbalances, and increase strength and physical capacity.
Both are adjusted over time based on objective progress and response.

2. Implementation
Structured implementation with ongoing oversight from the Arlen team.
Weekly check-ins provide accountability, review progress, and allow adjustments where needed.
Concierge support provides direct access to your team, and mid-programme testing ensures your intervention evolves based on measurable results.

3. Results
Complete reassessment at 150 days to objectively measure progress.
Bloodwork, cardiovascular fitness and strength are retested, with baseline and final results presented side-by-side in the Arlen Health Dashboard.
Improvements are quantified and linked to reduced long-term health risk and improved physical capacity.
